Heating
It is a requirement that if you have air conditioning systems in your building with a cooling/heating capacity of 12Kw or above either an accumulation of small systems or perhaps 1 x larger system or more you are required by law to have a TM44 inspection report carried out by a qualified assessor every 5 years.
