It is a requirement that if you have air conditioning systems in your building with a cooling/heating capacity of 12Kw or above either an accumulation of small systems or perhaps 1 x larger system or more you are required by law to have a TM44 inspection report carried out by a qualified assessor every 5 years.

The air con system works perfect and ensures our home can be cooled in the summer and warmed in the winter. We have solar PV system which allows us to effectively cool the house for free when the sun in shining. Having the flexibility to heat just a single room in the house rather than whole house is also a real benefit.
